She holds multiple qualifications, including M.Com, MBA (PGDBA), and B.Ed., and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Commerce along with an M.Ed. Her career has progressed through various academic leadership roles, including Senior Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Head of the Department, Vice Principal, and Academic Counsellor. Dedicated to educational innovation and student development, she has contributed significantly to teaching, research, curriculum design, and community service. Her achievements include receiving the Best Academician Excellence Award (2021) and serving in leadership positions in educational and social organizations.
